We kicked off our Mojave Max Assembly season today at Gene Ward Elementary School. Today’s assembly marks the first of a total of thirteen assemblies that we’ll be conducting at various Clark County Schools throughout the valley. Assemblies are an opportunity to teach students more about desert conservation, desert tortoise biology and how to help respect, protect and enjoy our desert!
Teachers are encouraged to submit an application for an assembly at their school in the Fall when the application process opens.
Next year we hope to be able to do more assemblies than we have in past years!!
As always, we appreciate your interest in the Mojave Max program.
